2. add the words ", excluding telephone answering services" after "Professional, Financial and Office Support Services" in section 3.e.

3. add the following clause after section 4.d and renumber accordingly:

Personal Service Shops shall not be developed as dry cleaning establishments and Laundromats, unless the development permit application contemplates no cleaning of clothing or fabrics on site.

4. add the following clause after section 4.d. and renumber accordingly:

Within two (2) working days of an approval of a Development Permit for Commercial or Sign Use Classes, the Development Officer shall send a notice of such decision by regular mail to the Condominium Corporation.
