1. That the removal of the Municipal Reserve Designation from a portion of Lot 2MR, Block 54, Plan 0426165, as outlined in Attachment 1 of the November 18, 2013, Sustainable Development report CR_674, be approved.

That the legal descriptions for the portions of the subject land, as shown in Attachment 1 of the November 18, 2013, Sustainable Development report CR_674 where Council has resolved to remove the Municipal Reserve designation as set out in Attachment 3, be deemed to be included in and form a part of Attachment 4 when the lands are subdivided and the Registrar of Titles of the Northern Alberta Land Titles Office issues titles for them.

3. That Council directs a designated officer within Administration to notify the Registrar of Titles of the Northern Alberta Land Titles Office that the provisions of the Municipal Government Act, R.S.A. 2000, c. M-26 have been complied with and request the Registrar to remove the designation of Municipal Reserve from lands, shown in Attachment 1 of the November 18, 2013, Sustainable Development report CR_674.
