Call to Order

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, called the meeting to order at
8:46 a.m.

Election of Chair

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor M. Nickel nominated T. Caterina for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

A. Sinclair, City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations, A. Sinclair, declared nominations closed.

Moved M. Nickel:

That Councillor T. Caterina be elected as Chair, Community Services Committee.

In Favour:

Carried

T. Caterina, M. Nickel, B. Henderson, M. Oshry

A. Sinclar, City Clerk, vacated the Chair and
Councillor T. Caterina presided.

Election of Vice-Chair

Councillor T. Caterina called for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor T. Caterina nominated M. Nickel for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor T. Caterina asked if there were any further nominations. There being no other nominations, Councillor T. Caterina declared nominations closed.

Moved B. Henderson:

That Councillor M. Nickel be elected a Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.
