2013 Performance Evaluation Plan for the City Manager and City Auditor - Report of Consultant - Verbal Report

The Committee met in private at 12:08 p.m., pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 12:50 p.m.

Moved T. Caterina:

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1.  That the 2013 Evaluation Process for both the City Manager and City Auditor, as outlined in Attachments 1 and 2 of the November 26, 2013, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee report 1, be approved.

2.  That a Special City Council meeting be scheduled on April 10, 2014, from 9:30 a.m. to 12 noon, in the Councillors' Boardroom, and be designated for the 2013 performance evaluations of the City Manager and City Auditor.

3.  That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee report 1 remain private pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
