Call to Order

Mayor D. Iveson called the meeting to order at 1:32 p.m., and acknowledged the traditional land on which we are gathered today which is Treaty 6 Territory.  Acknowledged also are the diverse Indigenous peoples who ancestors footsteps have marked this territory for centuries such as: Cree, Dene, Saulteaux, Blackfoot, and Nakota Sioux, as well as the Metis and Inuit peoples.
