Compensation Market Review

Items 3.1 and 3.2 were dealt with together.

The Committee met in private at 12:21 p.m., pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 1:22 p.m.

Moved M. Oshry:

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1. That the Committee recommendations set out in Attachment 2 of the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee report 1 be approved, and that Administration take all the necessary steps to implement the recommendations.

2. That Attachment 2 of the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee report 1 remain private until approved by City Council pursuant to sections 17, 24 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

3. That the June 10, 2014, Corporate Services report CR_1316 remain private pursuant to sections 17, 24 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
