M. Nathoo, Office of the City Clerk, called the meeting to order at 9:32 a.m.

 

 

 

Election of Chair

M. Nathoo, Office of the City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor A. Knack nominated Councillor D. Loken for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

M. Nathoo, Office of the City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations.  There being no other nominations,
M. Nathoo, Office of the City Clerk, declared nominations closed.

 

 

Moved A. Knack:

 

 

 

That Councillor D. Loken be appointed as Chair, Community Services Committee.

M. Nathoo, Office of the City Clerk, vacated the Chair and Councillor D. Loken presided.

 

 

 

Election of Vice-Chair

Councillor D. Loken called for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Service Committee.

Councillor B. Anderson nominated Councillor M. Walters for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor D. Loken asked if there were any further nominations.  There being no other nominations, Councillor D. Loken declared nominations closed.
