Process and Timelines for City Manager and City Auditor 2014 and 2015 Performance Evaluations - Verbal report

The Committee met in private at 12:11 p.m., pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 12:35 p.m.

Moved D. Iveson:

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1. That the process for the 2014 City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation, as outlined in Attachments 1 and 2, be approved.

2. That the draft evaluation of the City Manager and City Auditor, be considered at the March 18, 2015, City Council meeting, in the Councillors' Boardroom, time specific to be determined.

3. That the Performance Evaluation of the City Manager and City Auditor, be scheduled for the
April 15, 2015, City Council meeting, in the Councillors' Boardroom, time specific to be determined.

4. That the Process and Timelines for City Manager and City Auditor 2014 and 2015 Performance Evaluations - verbal report and Attachments 1 and 2 remain private pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
