2014 Evaluation Results - Verbal report

The Committee met in private at 12:02 p.m., pursuant to sections 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 1:15 p.m.

Moved M. Oshry:

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1. That the 2014 City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluations, as revised, be presented by the Consultant to City Council on March 17, 2015.
2. That the processes for presentation of the 2014 City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluations at the March 17, 2015, City Council meeting, as set out in Attachment 1, be approved.
3. That the March 2, 2015, Evaluation Results – Verbal report, Attachment 1 and the handouts remain private pursuant to sections 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

2015 Evaluation Process Update  - Verbal report

The Committee met in private at 12:02 p.m., pursuant to sections 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 1:15 p.m.

Moved M. Oshry:

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1. That an invitational bid process be approved to select a consultant to support the City Manager and City Auditor performance evaluation process for the period 2015 to 2018, inclusive.
2. That Administration prepare and send an information package and invitation to bid to the consultants selected by the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee.
3. That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee conduct the invitational bid selection process and recommend to Council the appointment of a consultant to support the 2015 to 2018 performance evaluation process.
4. That the 2015 Evaluation Process remain private pursuant to section 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
