That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee recommend to City Council:

1.    That the appointment of the Consultant as set out in Attachment 1 of the September 4, 2015, Corporate Services verbal report - Consulting Firm Interviews,  to conduct the City Manager and City Auditor annual performance reviews for the years 2015 to 2018, inclusive, be approved.

2.    That the contract for the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluations be in form and content acceptable to City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee.

3.    That the September 4, 2015, Corporate Services verbal report - Consulting Firm Interview and all handouts remain private pursuant to sections 16, 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
