            That the 2016 Festival Operating Grant recommendations, as outlined in Attachment 1 of the April 11, 2016, Edmonton Arts Council report CR_3513, be approved.

That Community Services Committee recommend to City Council:

            That the Mayor, on behalf of City Council and in partnership with Alberta Status of Women, write a letter to United Nations Women requesting Edmonton's membership to the Safe Cities and Safe Public Spaces program.
