1.    That Attachment 1 be added to the November 25, 2015, Corporate Services verbal report on Project Initiation.

2.    That Administration take the actions set out in Attachment 1 to the November 25, 2015, Corporate Services verbal report on Project Initiation.

3.    That the City Manager City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee  present its Work plan at the December 15, 2015, City Council meeting, time specific at 1:30 p.m.

4.    That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee and MNP present the Survey Results at the February 16, 2016, City Council meeting, time specific at 11 a.m. 

5.    That a Performance Review of the City Auditor be conducted at the March 16, 2016, Non-Regular City Council meeting at 1:30 p.m.

6.    That three City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee meetings be scheduled one week prior to the City Council meetings on December 15, 2015, February 16, 2016, and March 16, 2016.

7.    That the presentation and Attachment 1 to the November 25, 2015, Corporate Services verbal report on Project Initiation remain private pursuant to sections 16, 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
