3.    That the March 7, 2016, verbal presentation and Attachments remain private pursuant to sections 16, 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

That the 2015 City Auditor Performance Evaluation be presented by the Consultant at the March 15, 2016, City Council meeting and remain private pursuant to sections 16, 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
