2.    That the March 16, 2016, Office of the City Manager verbal report and materials on Civic Agencies Recruitment - Applicant Interviews remain private pursuant to sections 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

1.    That Attachment 1, Edmonton Combative Sports Commission – Recommendations from Community Services Committee, be added to the March 16, 2016, Office of the City Manager verbal report on Edmonton Combative Sports Commission Recommendations – Membership Update.

2.    That Attachment 1 of the March 16, 2016, Office of the City Manager verbal report on Edmonton Combative Sports Commission – Recommendations from Community Services Committee and discussion remain private pursuant to sections 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

That Community Services Committee recommend to City Council:

1.    That the actions outlined in Attachment 1 of the March 16, 2016, Office of the City Manager verbal report on Edmonton Combative Sports Commission – Recommendations from Community Services Committee, be approved.

2.    That Messrs. Owen Dawkins and Vang loannides be granted an additional one-year term from May 1, 2016, to April 30, 2017, to provide consistency on the Commission and that the appointments remain private until approved by City Council pursuant to section 17 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
