The Committee met in private at 12:06 p.m. pursuant to sections 17, 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Moved K. Krushell:

That Executive Committee recommend to City Council:

1. That the citizen-at-large appointment recommendations, as outlined in Attachment 1 of the March 15, 2010, Executive Committee report be approved, for the term March 24, 2010, to December 31, 2010.

2. That Attachment 1 of the March 15, 2010, Executive Committee report remain private until approved by City Council, pursuant to sections 17, 23 and 24 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
