Bylaw 15658 - To allow for the development of a high-rise residential building in Cromdale

Bylaws 15657 and 15658 were dealt with together.

J. Price, Planning and Development Department, made a presentation.

B. Ross, Robert Ross Architect, made a presentation and answered Council's questions. A handout provided by
B. Ross was distributed to Members of Council and a copy was filed with the Office of the City Clerk.

N. Marsh, made a presentation and answered Council's questions. A handout provided by N. Marsh was distributed to Members of Council and a copy was filed with the Office of the City Clerk.

J. Price, Planning and Development Department; A. Jones, Transportation Department; and S. Mackie and P. Odinga, Planning and Development Department, answered Council's questions.
