On-site Improvement Development Agreement

That Bylaw 15710, Schedule "B" be amended as follows:

  1. That a new clause “4q” be added which reads “As a condition of the issuance of the initial development permit for Phase 1, the owner/operator shall enter into a Development Agreement with the City of Edmonton for the on-site improvements for the park and cultural centre, including being accessible to the public to celevrate the Metis heritage and culture as outlined in Appendix II.”
  2. That subsequent clauses be renumbered.
