  • window size and placement on north side
  • elevations for the north side
  • better pictures of building design
  • the placement of patio doors and window height
  • access to the alley (and determine if any further improvements are required to the alley)
  • specific ratio of number of family oriented units to be provided
  • prohibit balconies on the north side of the building
  • clarify maximum height
  • adequate drawings to reflect the above points
