That Administration prepare a draft policy for consideration by Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, with a process neighbourhoods can use to apply to City Council through Transportation and Infrastructure Committee for speed reduction pilot projects or permanent speed reductions in their neighbourhoods, which includes provisions for education of the project.
