"Removal and reconstruction of the 2.1 m monolithic sidewalk, including reconstruction of the existing curb, on the north side of 101 Avenue."

In Schedule B, section 7(a), delete paragraph v. and replace with:

"The existing accesses to 101 Avenue must be filled in with the construction of the curb and gutter and boulevard restoration."

That Bylaw 15892 and the amendments on the floor, be referred back to Administration to consider the Light Efficient Communities Coalition Recommended “Revision 1 Brightness Limits,” as outlined in their correspondence dated October 11, 2011, and provide advice to Council on the best way to effectively and enforceably regulate sign brightness in this bylaw and recommend amendments for Council's consideration, and return to a City Council Public Hearing in the First Quarter of 2012.

b. Brightness level of the Sign shall not exceed 400 nits when measured from the sign face at its maximum brightness, between sunset and sunrise, at those times determined by the Sunrise/Sunset calculator from the national research Council of Canada.

and re-alphabetize the proceeding subsection.
