Call to Order

J. Charchun, Office of the City Clerk, called the meeting to order at 1:35 p.m.

Election of Chair

J. Charchun, Office of the City Clerk, called for nominations for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor K. Diotte nominated Councillor L. Sloan for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee.

J. Charchun, Office of the City Clerk, asked if there were any further nominations.  There being none, J. Charchun, asked for a motion to close nominations.

Moved B. Anderson:

That nominations for the position of Chair, Community Services Committee, close.

In Favour:

Carried

B. Anderson, D. Loken, K. Diotte, L. Sloan

Councillor L. Sloan was elected by acclamation as Chair, Community Services Committee.

J. Charchun, Office of the City Clerk, vacated the Chair and Councillor L. Sloan presided.

Election of Vice-Chair

Councillor L. Sloan called for nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor D. Loken nominated Councillor B. Anderson for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee.

Councillor L. Sloan asked if there were any further nominations.  There being none, Councillor L. Sloan asked for a motion to close nominations.

Moved L. Sloan:

That nominations for the position of Vice-Chair, Community Services Committee, close.
