The Committee met in private at 2:05 p.m., pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The Committee met in public at 3:58 p.m.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Moved T. Caterina:

 

 

 

1.  That the Chair of the Committee meet with Conroy Ross to review the feedback received from the City Manager and City Auditor, as outlined in Attachment 1, Review of the 2010 Evaluation Process.

2.  That Conroy Ross report to the Committee in the fall of 2011 with a suggested process for the 2011 Review.

 

3. That Attachment 1, Review of 2010 Evaluation Process and the verbal feedback remain private pursuant to sections 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
