The Committee met in private at 12:16 p.m., pursuant to sections 16, 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Process for 2012 Performance Evaluation Review

That the next City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee meeting be held Monday October 1, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Office of the City Clerk Boardroom to discuss:

a)    an overview of the process for the 2012 Evaluations

b)    That Committee review the questions and the process in the fall of 2012 and consider clarity of the questions, in particular those regarding the Ways

c)    Provide initial direction to the consultants for the 2013 Evaluation

Proposal for 2012 Review

That a City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee meeting be held on October 29, 2012, at 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., in the Office of the City Clerk Boardroom, to finalize the proposal for the 2012 review and to approve the draft process for the conduct of the 2013 Evaluations.

That the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee provide a verbal report to City Council on September 12, 2012, on the processes for the City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluations.

  1. That the June 27, 2012, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee report remain private pursuant to sections 24 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection.
