The Committee met in private at 11:41 a.m., pursuant to sections 16, 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

The Committee met in public at 12:37 p.m.

 

 

Moved J. Batty:

 

 

 

1.    That the process and timelines for the 2012 Performance Evaluation for the City Manager and City Auditor, as presented at the October 1, 2012, City Manager and City Auditor Performance Evaluation Committee meeting, and outlined in Attachment 1, be approved.

2.    That Attachment 1 remain private pursuant to sections 16, 17, 19 and 25 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
