" All exterior building materials shall be of a good quality and shall complement and enhance the site and surrounding area, and may include but not be limited to brick, wood, masonry veneer, acrylic stucco, fibre cement siding, natural and synthetic stone, granite, textured concrete and glazing. Colour schemes shall tie building elements together, enhance the architectural form of the building, and be compatible with buildings in the immediate surrounding area."

Body Rub Centres Bylaw  – Further Amendments

That Administration provide a report to Executive Committee with further possible amendments to Bylaw 16370 as follows:

·         adding to the regulation a prohibition of Body Rub Centres as second floor establishments

·         replace “100.0 meters separation distance” with “300.0 meters separation distance”

·         add the Use Class of “ Indoor Participant Recreation Services”  to the list of Uses where a 100.0 metre separation distance is required

·         creating a required separation between Body Rub Parlours

And any other relevant issues as per the discussion at the City Council public hearing.
