That Administration:

1. Prepare bylaw amendments to increase the fine amount for dumping commercial and construction waste to $1,000 and return to Council.

2. Investigate the expansion of Downtown Proud! and Old Strathcona Clean programs to identified nodes across the city and provide an update by memo.

3.  Provide an update by memo on program enhancement efforts for localized neighbourhood litter reduction and the open space litter program review.

2. That the February 26, 2020, Citizen Services report CR_7868, remain private pursuant to section 16 (disclosure harmful to business interests of a third party) of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
