  • implementation of enhanced standards in schools, seniors' complexes, commercial districts and transit stops and centre areas and other areas with high pedestrian activity

2. The report to include a review of the appropriateness of across the board application of the minimum number of pedestrians required to consider crossing enhancements in suburban and industrial areas.
